Rentals

Camp Alexander is also available for family reunions, group retreats, and church gatherings.  Pricing information can be found below or by contacting the Executive Director at (620) 342-1386 or campgirl92@yahoo.com for more information.

There is a $50 deposit due for keys and cleaning in addition to the rental fee for the building. This deposit is refundable if keys are returned and camp is left clean.

Completion of the Rental Contract is required.

Camp Materials:

Does not include staff.  Does not include canoes, ropes course, riflery, archery, blue rock, and art supplies.  Any other materials may be checked out.  All items must be checked out through a camp representative.  Items must be replaced by renting party if they are broken, lost, or not in working order when returned.  To check out equipment please contact the Executive Director to make arrangements.

 

School and Educational Groups:

Eligibility:  Children's groups who are using the facility for educational purposes

Charge:  Free $25 charge if Camp is left dirty

 

Boy/Girl Scouts, 4-H, and Extra-curricular Groups:

Eligibility:  Any scouting or 4-H group, All grade levels of extra-curricular (P-3 through college undergraduate), groups of less than 25 (including sponsors)

Charge:  $60 for first day plus $20 for each additional day, $20 refund if Camp is left clean (Includes use of Headquarters only.)

All other groups, $100 for first day, $20 each consecutive day, $25 refund if Camp is left clean (For this group only, access to both buildings)

 

Families, Churches, Small Hometown Businesses:

Eligibility:  Any family or church group gathering, hometown business (non-chain), locally owned business

Charge: $75/day, $50 refund if Camp is left clean and keys are returned (Includes use of headquarters) OR $100/day, $50 refund if Camp is left clean and keys are returned(Includes use of Education Center and Camp) OR $175/day, $50 refund if Camp is left clean and keys are returned (Includes use of both buildings and Camp) OR $50/day for Speciality Campouts

 

Corporations:

Eligibility:  Any franchise chain or industrial plant

Charge:  $250/day (Includes all buildings and Camp area)

 

Donor Groups:

Level 1 Donor:  Any group or individual who has donated atleast $1500 to Camp Alexander Level 2 Donor:  Any group or individual who has donated atleast $100 in the current year. Charge:  Free, $25 charge if Camp is left dirty

 

Meetings:

Additional $25 key and clean-up deposit(refundable if Camp is left clean and keys are returned).

Eligibility:  Any group with reservations and at least one adult sponsor.  Maximum of 2 hours

Charge:  $20 non-refundable fee due at time of reservation.  Additional $10 clean-up fee (refundable if Camp is left clean.)

Condition:  Heat in Education building set at maximum of 55^oF
